苹果针对广告业务收取30%手续费，是真的，但是没影响

7月起向广告平台收取“30%广告税”

已知消息：自2024年7月1日起，通过iOS设备充值购买Facebook和Instagram广告的广告主，都将被抽取30%费用。也就是说，只要是在苹果的手机或者移动设备充值购买广告，都被视为应用内购、必须被抽成。

目前确认这个消息是真的了，但是实际上对我们这些国内出海客户，没有影响。

因为：苹果只是针对在苹果手机上充值购买广告加收30%手续费，而国内出海客户都是找一代开户为主，或者在PC上实现绑卡等进行广告扣费，不会去使用苹果收集打开FB广告系统去进行充值。这个行为，应该只有小散户，比如在自己的fanpage发布post后出现的boost按钮点击后顺着使用苹果付费的时候才可能出现。

不过针对苹果税的政策，Meta发布了一个公告：建议用户使用PC版本做充值续费以及操作广告。

广告主可通过以下方法合法规避手续费：

1. 通过网页版进行推广：从电脑或手机的mobile web登入www.instagram.com or www.facebook.com进行推广 （Help center: https://help.instagram.com/898715828241123, https://www.facebook.com/business/help/704141224249342)

2. 事先充值：事先用电脑版充值到账户，并在推广帖文时通过余额付款 (Help center: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/287134230502229)

3. 通过电脑版MBS或电脑版Ads Manager进行推广：从电脑版Meta Business Suite或Ads Manager设置帖文广告 （建议做法）

【原文】Starting in July, we are starting to roll out an update required by Apple that will impact the way you boost content in the Instagram or Facebook iOS apps. You will start to be billed through the Apple App Store, and because of this, Apple will retain a 30% service fee on the total ad payment, before any taxes and local fees.This service fee is retained by Apple, not Meta. In order to avoid the Apple service fee and maximize your advertising dollars, there are multiple options you can take when boosting content going forward:

1. Boost from www.instagram.com or www.facebook.com, which can be accessed on your desktop computer or your preferred mobile web browser. This is a similar experience to using the iOS apps and does not incur the additional Apple service fee.

2. Add money (prepaid funds) to your ad account from payment settings using a desktop computer. Once added, you can use this balance to boost posts from any surface, including the Facebook and Instagram iOS apps, without incurring the Apple service fee. 3. You can also use Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager on desktop or the apps to Boost content without incurring the Apple service fee, and benefit from richer ads insights, cross-app tools and advanced audience targeting.While the payment method for boosting content in the Facebook and Instagram iOS apps are changing, we are committed to offering advertisers flexible and cost effective ways to maximize your ad dollars.

不过苹果都把钱收到了广告费，接下来是不是还会有其他行为只要通过苹果手机进行付款之类都会被收费？只是好像只要涉及到这个大家都可以明明白白告诉用户去PC版本预先充值。
